Title: Hema hn6 repairs

Sent the hn6 of for repair as battery had some how over heated and caused screen to malfunction. Before repairs were done we were given a quote and they stuck to it. Can not speak high enough of there service and follow up with repairs. Hn6 sent back from Brisbane they forgot my new charger we brought made a quick call and could not say sorry enough even the manager rang to say they were sorry and it will be express post to home great service its good to see someone cares about there products and after sales and service  :cup:

good to hear that theres still some good customer service companies left out there, and good to see this thread, i have a HN6 and will keep this in mind if i ever need repairs to it also
