We are wanting to do some off-roading aswell as camping so we are thinking of heading out with our pup to Glendon, Gordon Country or Janowen Hills.
I'm interested to hear people's thoughts on the above places. We would obviously prefer to stay closer to home but being relatively new to 4wding its hard to find anything closer to home.
Where as you guys off to?

I haven't been to Gordon country. Janowen is awesome, Glendon is great also, Glendon is more suited to easy 4wd, it is mostly just station tracks with a few little hill climbs here and there.

my vote would be Janowen, and if i'm not wrong you may be able to grab a powered site. I'm sure he was building these when i was last there. And also you only pay for the days you want to drive. Lots of tracks, varying levels from scenic up to ridge line and extreme in the play areas. Then take a drive up to the end of road and check out Gordon country for a future trip. my 2c.

Just thought I'd update on where we decided to go.
We knocked Glendon off our list due to distance and their website being painful at best.
We knocked Janowen off our list due to their buddy system if you want to 4wd.
That left Gordon Country.
Then we received an invite from fellow swaggers to join them at an undisclosed top secret location.
Gordon Country will have to wait.
