I am just amazed how many they are starting to copy.

I saw one of these at the Rosehill caravan and camping show on Sunday, there was people crowding around it, looked pretty good for an imported job, iirc the price at the show was $22,000, seemed well made as did the others, but being next to the Kimberley Kampers stand they didnt quite look as good  ;D

Looks like a lot of work to get all that canvas up. Not much thought has gone into the design. Looks like they've just got a tent and jammed it on top of the trailer.

I like the design, the real versions were out of my price range but. Not sure about the rip off. By the time you upgrade all the parts to be as good as the Aussie version you'll most likely pay more.

The originals still pull more money at 10 years old then the cost of one of these new.

There is a very good reason for that.

You dont put canvas seams DOWN the slope, you put them across with the upper layer on top to drain properly. Fussy I know but wet beds are no fun.

Can't see $24K in that.

Exactly why my camper roof leaks... And my camper is Australia built.

But I have just had an idea.......
