Well, the things for the much anticipated arrival of our new camper are slowly building up. It's a bit like waiting for a new baby.
The latest purchase is a webber baby q and of course we had to try it last night. Yummy roast chicken except we got the timing a bit wrong and veggies were ready before the chook but we will learn.
Hubby is worried that it's too small for him to BBQ steak and veg for 2.
Any tips on how to make the most of our new baby q.
Should we still carry the old trusty BBQ as well.
Yep.... Ug is driving me nuts and I also think the ever patient John from Outback is beginning to feel the same... Lol

Nah, leave the old BBQ behind. We too have a Baby Q and find it more than adequately sized for a roast or BBQ for 2. Roasts are far better done on a trivet with a double layer of alfoil beneath the trivet, as per the Weber manual.
Yum, yum!

We recently bought a q220 and love it, so when we buy our new caravan or camper, still deciding what to do, we are going to buy a baby q.....
