Title: Booking huts at the Cape (Ready to be Booked)
Post by: McGirr on November 15, 2013, 12:54:36 PM
I contacted Seisia Caravan Park and have booked huts 5, 6, 7 and 8. I explained the stuff up they did last time and to make sure it does not happen again. She said some huts can take 3 and 4 cars with campers.

So far we have:

Ok Cape Crusaders, you can start booking the sites.

Call Seisia caravan park on  0740693243. It may say they are closed but it will ask you to press 1 for reservations.

We have huts 5 , 6, 7 and 8 allocated. Dont worry about what hut you are allocated as we can work that out once we get there as others will be staying longer.

Tell them your in the MYSWAG group. They will ask for names and number of people you are booking for. Just pay a deposit for now.

The dates:

Arriving Tuesday 1st July and leaving what ever day you wish. I will be heading back on Friday 4th (3 nights) and others can stay on as long as they wish.

Any questions let me know.

Peter

It takes 2 days. Leave Seisia at 8.00am, lunch at Bramwell Junction and arrive at Archer River at 4.00pm. Leave Archer River at 8.00am, lunch at Laura and hit Cairns approx 4.30pm.

This will depend on the road conditions but pretty close.
