Good Morning All,
I am after some referrals for a decent motor trimmer around the Logan/Brisbane/Gold Coast area. The job i need done is re-bolstering and covering of the front seats in the colorado.
Thanks SantaAus

I can't remember the company's name but there's a bloke on Moss street, Springwood..
I'll have a quick look and see if I've still got one of his cards..

Thanks for the tip. I have been to B&L in Moss St, and they will be re-foaming/covering and adding a mechanical lumbar support from a commodore next week. Expected cost to be under $1500.
The Colorado is a 2008 not the new version
Thanks

in another thread Fuji just had his seats bolstered $1600

might be worth looking at some seats out of a grey import car and put the colorado ones in the shed.

I had thought about a few options down that line. However each had it pros and cons and the re-trimming seemed to win. The bloke I spoke with today, seemed to know his trade well and was good to talk to. So he got the job.
Seats out a grey import are harder to have complianced (QLD) in a newer vehicle. I spoke with a few energineers about this, its not impossible, but more difficult. Recaro seats were going to run be around $5000 for the pair.

Didn't realise you were in Qld, yea that would suck.
mate with 76 series went to get recaros too, and nearly dropped dead.
Then again, fit the seats yourself and don't worry bout enginers etc :)
