our jayco has expired the 12 month warranty in May, I have had its second service end of May and final warranty fix ups.
On the june long weekend i noticed a few things that need to be fixed..
what is a reasonable time for them to still be required to fix?
I would have thought a couple of weeks over 12 months would still be fair.....

Do a google search on 'Consumer Guarantees'. If for some reason Jayco wont repair a genuinely faulty item, you are covered by a consumer guarantee irrespective of the length of the warranty period. Hopefully it doesnt come to that and hopefully Jayco are willing to listen to you and consider repairing anything that is likely to have been there since manufacture (not wear and tear).
Cheers
