So our usual spot has been booked out for this weekend (June 7 - 11) so we are looking for a good spot to get away!
Now we have a paj and cub, however the in laws want to come with their 16ft on road caravan and grand vitara.
Whats my options?
we both don't need power
soft roading is fine
3 kids under 6
within 3 hours of Bris (either direction)
We're not really into the whole busy caravan park thing but like clean camp environment
shower and toilet a must
Help me please!!! :D

Washpool camping reserve at Leslie Dam
Thanks, I stayed at Lake Leslie Tourist Park a few years in one of the cabins. pretty basic but the shower was red hot and cabin was warm.
Any reason not to stay there over Washpool?

we just spent 3 nights over the weekend camped at Jondaryan Woolshed (just past Oakey), we were in the unpowered area down on the banks of Oakey Creek. great spot with fires allowed and amenities block about 150 - 200 mtrs away back up at the powered area that had plenty of showers and toilets there.
the guided tour they have there is well worth doing, plenty of history to learn of the property and then wander about the place checking everything out at your own pace, even had a animal nursery there for the kids also.
