Seeing as we have just comererated ANZAC Day there has been a bit of too'ing and fro'ing as to how you like your ANZAC bikkies.. Super hard crunchy and with a slight burn to the base or to be a bit crispy but softish in the center..
I swear dad used to make them perfect with the slight crisp and softish centers..

Hi,
they have to be a bit chewy, and not too brittle.

Trouble with the Woolies ones is that they are never consistent. This week they are hard and I like chewy. Similar to their raisin bread, some days hardly any raisins then the next day heaps. ???

No I have not yet, but I will though. Have made plenty of sausage roles, apple turnovers and alike though. It is a very good resource for anyone who likes good home stile cooking, not just campoven cooking.
