That'll teach her!

Any chance she could come up to my place and "get bored"?
I've got 3.5 boring acres! ;D 8)

My 14 year old son was 'bored' a few weeks ago.
He hasn't been bored since ;D

Good work. I'm still flat out try to get my 2 to pick up the dog **** before I mow.
Can we get a dog dad. We'll look after it dad. Pigs a**e.

Think she missed a bit. Better go over it again!

my 13 year old daughter told me she was bored 18 months back ( just before she turned 12 ) and I showed her how to use the lawn mower and she still loves mowing the lawn
-
It does shut them up for a while ;D ;D
she looks like she does a better job than my 14yo son - he seems to struggle with the concept of mowing in straight lines - instead following some random geometric pattern.... ???
When questioned his answer is "I am mowing the long bits..."
In the words of that great British philosopher Jeremy Clarkson "How hard can it be??"
While he's getting a bit better with practice, I still have to follow later with the whipper snipper & fix the bits he missed .....
-
I think I have trouble mowing in straight lines is a 10yr old boy old enough? I'm sure he would love to do it, just not sure how well lol
PS I am the "wife" but DH gets hay-fever so it's my job and I don't really mind anyway. Suppose I should give my Son a go?
