Hi everyone, I have been a lurker for a few years and used a fair amount of info from here to make a decision on our camper purchase. We hired a WA made one a few years ago took it down the Gunbarrel Highway across to the Finke and Oodnadatta tracks and whilst it was very capable the setup style wasn't for us so we kept looking. We flew to Brisbane last year to have look at a few different campers, pulled up out the front of Trackabout saw an Extenda in the flesh and that was it decision made, walked in met Dave and the team and we were very impressed with both the camper and Trackabout as a whole. We visited one other trailer maker that day but we were set on the Safari Extenda. Put the order in after Christmas and by March it was at the Caravan and Camping show in Perth. Even though I had the week off I was under strict orders from SWMBO not to go to the show without her ,so I had to wait until Saturday morning to lay eyes on it. Ended up going back quite few times over the weekend to have look. We had a very comprehensive handover  Sunday night with Dave and Jules who also had a great time feeding chips to a certain rare QLD seagull .
Took the camper up to Cliff Heads south of Dongara, then to Kalbarri over the Easter break and it went very well, tows great behind the Prado. Sets up and packs away very easily and suits our style of camping very well. The other half loves the kitchen and spent the first night at home organizing all of the storage compartments, (http://i1278.photobucket.com/albums/y501/TrackNorris/perth-caravan-and-campingshow_zpsb17dd4c3.jpg) I was lucky to get any room for the important man things. Beer. Anyway hoping to use it as much as possible, we generally do a large trip once a year and the next one we look like doing is the Canning stock route next year with some people from work if the timing is right. Have a good night.

Plenty more "handover" available :D
Can't wait to use my Trackabout too, hopefully we'll get a chance to set them up side by side somewhere on the WA coast.

The trouble with Track Norris is that it's easy to put, but nobody can put Track Norris down :D
