Title: Bloody goats

Just came back from a quick trip from Melbourne to white cliffs n.s.w  via the Cobb hwy , all the years off traveling that road to see the old man , I've never seen so many goats, some places there was more goats than sheep , camped the night at pooncarie on the darling just out of town no shortage of them there either , thought i was going to get stepped on in my swag, no shortage of roos and emu's as well,  drive safely people! :cheers:

I remember shooting feral goats on sheep farms for the station owners around the Wilcania (near White Cliff) area.  Came back 5or 6 years later to find that some farms had got rid of their sheep tp replace with goats???

this is about the 4th thread on goats recently.... Glad Im not travelling up that way at moment. I don't have a goat bar on the GU :(

We had a goat hearder on our trip to the cape last year.

I saw posted on facebook a photo up near Camerons Corner the past couple of days of a mob of emus in excess of 100 so expect a few more years of good weather ie rain in the western NSW
