As you may remember, Jayco Newcastle suffered a fire recently.
I just spotted a few 'smoke damaged' Jayco's on eBay, sold through an insurance agency.
Worth a look....

I imagine the biggest issue would be the smoke smell in the fabric. The tent sections would be okay I wonder if you would need to reupholster the rest?
I do like that outback swift!

Smoke comes out with a steam/dry clean. Most if not all of the fabric would be salvageable. I would be mainly concerned about heat damage to the wiring etc.
Still a swift outback for 13k would be a dang good price..... hmmmmmmmmm
