A jayco swan outback 2005 has just been listed on gumtree in a Adelaide , Perth and Brisbane
Asking price $5000  ?

That was up there a couple of weeks ago.. Got taken down as I assume it was reported as spam, obviously decided to have another go..

You would hope that people are not actually stupid enough to fall for it.

Scam, run like the wind bullseye...

We had a Rav4 for sale, 2010 for $25,990, had lots of calls about the car on Guntree, where it had been advertised for $3900.00.
People were tracking via the Rego number.
Ask for a copy of the rego papers, and they will run away or come up with a pitiful excuse..

Scam. Run. Remember if its too good to be true it probably is.

On a similar point when looking for my 4wd 3 years ago I came across one that seemed a little to good.

Did a REVS check and it came back all clear. At the last minute saw an ad for an RTA check (about $20 i think) so did this as well.

The car showed up as a repairable write off in Qld. Turns out at the time REVS only linked in with NSW records. Bring a car in from interstate, rebuild it and flog it off and REVS would be none the wiser.

The REVS person I spoke with was most concerned about this and was going to raise it internally but I don't know the outcome. Also don't know what its like in other states. This all occurred in NSW.

Yo Ho........seems like the Ad i responded to some time ago........asked where the van was ...got message back it was in Karratha in WA...no worries my brother lives there he will come around and have a look on my behalf....OH its locked away in a shed.....like when then.....UUh its going on a truck tomorrow to Geraldton...no worries give me the address my sister lives there she can have a look...its locked in a factory.............you get my thinking...............BULLShit for sure Sherlock.
