Anyone seen sharp prices with the jayco runout sale for their bigger campers. Mainly for the eagle or swan.
-
I don't think Gerry Ryan is hard up for a quid, so I wouldn't expect any crazy deals.
Will just clear excess stock in due time I reckon. I think these sales are more about advertising their existence than needing to sell.

We looked at a 2011 Dove on road. They had it on special for $21,000.
2013 Dove, $22,000.
Guess which one I would choose.
This was the Brisbane dealer.

Thanks for info. Anyone seen a price for a 2012 or 2011 swan?
-
What prices have you got to with what options?

Still 28k for a runout swan at jayco Canberra. No miracles occurring.

Is that base or fully loaded?

When i was going to purchase a new Jayco Eagle Outback before i was talked out of it,the price was $25,100 and they had a deal which included ,Offside Storage Room,Bagged Awning,Sides x3,Bed Flys all in the cost. That was July 2012 from Sydney Jayco.
Deal was also for the Outback Hawk

With bed flys, bagged awning and inner spring mattress. I think it was a standard swan.

You should get a lot better deal mate. I paid under 27k for mine with flys, full annex, water tap on draw bar, external gas bayonet, addition tv point, dual gas bottles and air con, ring all the dealers get the best then go back to your Canberra dealer.

Swannie that seemed like a good deal for an outback Swan? I am thinking having a chat to your dealer could be a good idea.

Mate, funny you should say that. Was their yesterday with my BIL and the best quote they gave him with options was 29k!! I said how come you did a good deal for me and he said at the time (jan 2012) they were getting rebates from jayco which helped them sharpen the price. He would not budge anymore for the BIL and said they cannot keep up with demand especially the outback jayco range!
More than happy to put you on to him he will beat anybquotevand they are great to deal ith after the purchase.

If anyone knows dealers where there are 2012 Swans (either Outback or touring) in NSW or Victoria, or SE Queensland. Could you please let me know.
I am making my way through the dealers, but if any swaggers have recent info, that would be helpful.

Thanks for the private messages from various swaggers. All the info was a real help.
I have done a deal on an outback swan from Jayco Canberra. They were quite good to deal with. Terry and Jon were patient and helpful.
Andy from Watsons at pt Macquarie was also quick, and offered sharp pricing and good service. I would have been happy to do the deal with them too.

Congrats!

Watsons is funny. There is one fella that is great and the other is useless. We got a good deal from the good one ;D
