it may hold lots of cable , but only good for 646 kg pull ???

Yeah, but with 12000mt of line you can use a lot of snatch blocks  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Wouldn't the cable weigh more than 646 kg?

Well, it pulled 20k out of someones pocket with ease, so the guy selling it should be happy.
