Title: BEST Blokes show on Aruara

Aerobics--oz style twice a day.
watch it just once at your peril , wear boxing gloves so you can't hold anything  ;) ;) and a babies bib to collect the drool.Oh and when it's finished role your tongue up and put it away .

I watched that a few times in the past, tounge still hanging out and i used 4 bib's.... :cup:
