Looking into buying a jayco swan that is just out of rego and was just wondering if anyone can tell me the rego cost in nsw.
Also what the change over fees are is it the same as car?

Just found on rta site caravans and campers exempt from stamp duty.
I was thinking was same as a car..

$250 for a camper!
Us Mexicans pay $46.50 per year for any trailer up to 4.5 tons and a hefty $5.80 transfer fee.
I might stop rubbishing Vicroads now...

Yuh you vic's have it pretty good but our wa prices are not too bad either.
The dove is about $70 a year, 6x4 is $50 and the 2 ton boat trailer is about $150..
No stamp duty on our transfer either (for camper trailers and caravans)

rego for the Panda (NSW) $430 from memory the Swan wasn't muc better

I received the rego papers the other day for a Jayco Dove Outback tare weight 1030 $269 in NSW

I have just recieved the rego papers for my outback Eagle with a tare of 1197Kg & it is $302.00
