How/where do you store your Pig? I find it the most difficult/annoying item to store in the Cub. Currently it is stored in the front toolbox. Any novel ideas or solutions appreciated.

A sty?

There will always be at leat one ;D

do you mean an OzPig??

Not sure - think he means an actual real pig. I'm interested in this, since I love bacon as much as the next guy but am always running out while camping. This would solve all my problems, as well as let me "recycle" the dinner scraps.
<aside - this is the main reason I don't have an ozpig - no idea where I'd keep it. I reckon in the front box would be the only option on a cub.>
Good luck!
Matto :)

Yes, Oz-Pig.
The Bacon is secure in my Bushman Fridge which is a hell of a lot better than my Waco.

We keep ours in the camping box on the ute ...

Ours all stay in a little building, called a station.
They have a great chook pen out back too, but its a bit overboard, heaps of bars and stuff and a dirty big lock.

Looked at several options but went for the front tool box. Wanted it out of the weather and somewhere where the soot smell would not cause a problem. We keep some wood in a bag inside the under storage section of the camper.

Abit harsh Jeepers... I might get my friends at Tin Can Bay to come and pay you a visit.... ;D

We keep ours in the rear storage area of the cub as my front box is full of tools and recovery gear. We also use it at home a bit so this way, I can still get it out of the camper if needed.

Mine stays in a space case along with all piping and accessories which then gets strapped down ontop of the tool box if you zoom in on the draw bar you will see it

We keep ours in a smallish space case along with the camp ovens , billies, jaffle irons and other fire tools.

It then stacks in the back of the truck under an identical box for food. They both fit nicely next to the Engel.

If we are short of room the food box goes on the roof (it's heaps lighter).
If we are staying in a caravan park (with a no fire policy) it stays at home.

I picked them up at Repco in Preston, Melb. The first about 6 months ago for about $150 on special. The other one I got a couple of weeks ago for $130 on clearance.
I am pretty impressed with the quality.

At the moment we use one of those cheapo plastic tubs for all our dirty pig type gear but we all know how long they last so a decent space case might be the thing to use. Id like to put the pig, camp ovens and associated gear all in one box.
