2 weeks ago i sold my 2008 GXL Prado to a company called webuyanycar.com.au got a good price for it ( well that's what i thought) i got a call from the fleet company today the cheque bounced well i got onto the Company straight away to receive a recorded message saying contact Worrells Insolvency and Forensic Accounts . The have gone into Bankruptcy. So I am on the look out for my car which I believe may have been sold interstate and would be greatfull to my fellow myswagger to let me know if they see her, she is dark grey with a factory bull bar tinted windows and a qld rego plate # 156 MST. Any help is appreciated.

Oh dear..
That is bad news. I hope you find it.
Can it be reported as a stolen car?

Mate surely your finance company will have a financial interest in the car so that it can't be registered/sold because it doesn't have a clear title. Can you notify the police that it has been stolen in various states and supply the VIN number as this will flag it in any state and prevent the rego transfer from being completed.
I would get onto the Police and tell them it has been stolen (not payed for) and see what they may be able to do for you.
Good luck not a flash situation to be in mate.

I gather it was a personal chq and not a bank chq

I just googled them - they don't have any good comments said about them.
I think you will need a bit of luck with this one!!

It was on Current Affairs last night, owners were breaking into that companies yard and stealing back theur cars as they have not been paid.

Which fleet company? & Can you PM me the VIN?

Some of the customers here on the Sunshine Coast broke into the yard and got some of their vehicles back and they were reported to the police for theft. The auditors say the vehicles belong to them. Will be an interesting case. I feel real sorry for you mate. Hope it all works out.
