G.day from me.
Titch here (Tom)currently we own a Galaxy 2006 poptop and are looking at replacing it with a Camper trailer.
We do own, a basic on road trailer with a Oz trail tent and shall be selling it off.
I have oodles of Questions to ask you members and I hope your experiences will help us along.
We are looking at a Sturt off road, or a on road model same layout, from Outback campers in Carrum Downs Victoria.
They look the goods and seem pretty proud of their product.
Any Thoughts?
Cheers.

Hey Tom welcome to myswag. There are a few members with Sturts, have a search in the 'my camper' section.
-
welcome.. another SE Mexican :)
Outback have a great reputation, you could do much worse than their gear.
Also have a look at Tambo, and Tru Blu in Mordiallic. Also top quality gear
Even more, look in the trader section for top used items, and save 1000's..

Welcome titch, enjoy...

Welcome to the Forum Tom, a good choice of campers available down here, have a look at all the ones you and others have mentioned. The search function on the main page is the best place to start before starting a new topic as a lot of questions have already been asked.
Enjoy your stay and post up anything you cannot find the answer too.
As Lost pointed out I am a little biased towards Tambo, a great trailer with great service as well

Yep, plenty choose from

If you buy new, I recommend buying local so if you have issues, you can go back personally.

Thanks all.
Just been reading some of the post's here and I must say,wow heaps of information.
Some of the home made kitchen setups put our home one to shame.
Great site
Cheers.

G'day & Welcome.
I had an Outback Camper, they're well built, especially the tents though I think their styling is dated. If you're considering 2nd hand there are also some great buys out there. I noticed a gal Trackabout on here today that seemed like an excellent buy for someone.

G'day titch. Welcome to Myswag mate. Another one to consider is Aussie Jays in Williamstown. Great quality camper, but again, I am a little biased ;D Also X-trail in Kilsyth. As others have said, there are some excellent local manufacturers around here.
Good luck with the search, I reckon it's half the fun!!
Cheers
Matt
