Hi everyone,
Just become a member of Myswag. My wife and I are originally from Logan City and have owned our Parthy and camper since new. We have camped regularly in lots of designated and bush camps all around SE Queensland and northen NSW, some of our favourite spots are Teewah Beach, Spring Gully Stays, Clarence River Gorge and Glendon just to name a few, we also did a 3 week trip to Ayres Rock (Uluru) in 2010. Since moving to Cloncurry in NW Queensland 6 months ago our camping has been slowed somewhat mainly because of the weather (too hot and wet) although we did manage a few days at Karumba in late January. We are at the moment preparing for a trip to Lawn Hill NP and Adels Grove leaving on Friday. Paul & Jo.

Good old Cloncurry hey! Ive only seen the airport when the plane is defered from Phosphate Hill due to the weather back to Townsville ;D
Had a mate who used to live there who worked for the rail and he said he loved it there!! (probabley because of the constant flow of beer ;D)

Hi Sunburnt Country,
One thing we did before we finally bought our camper was to hire quite a few trailers that we were interested in. If you haven' t had a trailer before this can be very helpful in making up your mind about the camper and the inclusions you might want, most manufactures have a hire trailer or contact a hire company who has the make you are interested in. We found this very helpful in making our decision.
