The quality of the photography makes me think it was staged…… at least in the beginning before the Patrol got bogged.
It's a good lesson in digging oneself into a deeper hole.

I have seen it before, I believe it was motor journalists taking the new Patrol for a drive.

I've done equally as stupid things I'm sure.

Seriously,  would you be sitting in the tractor cab while being side shunted by a dozer?
