Title: Hi all
Post by: martyn on January 27, 2012, 02:18:50 PM
Another new member from Brisbane, been lurking and reading many useful threads on here for a while so thought it was time to sign up  8)

I go camping fairly regularly with my family but don't have a camper trailer yet. Looking to get one as soon as finances allow but that will be on a very tight budget so will probably be a cheapie. I know there are some good second hand deals out there but I wouldn't know a good camper from a bad one so am extrememly wary of buying second hand.....

Looking forward to participating in the discussions

G'day & Welcome Martyn, glad we got you on here at last.

New or second hand, what you'll want to know is the same, so ask away and we'll help you narrow down your choices. Personally, if you're on a limitied budget I think you'll get a far better camper 2nd hand than a new cheapie.

Hi Martyn and welcome to Myswag.

As others have said - the classifieds are a good place to start in the search for your new CT...

:D Welcome Martyn, 'tis a great place to find.  If you have time to check out a myswag get together often there is a range of trailers to see, in a cosy spot..... bit like a camp show without all the hard sell.
