Nice touch and go, more people die in car accidents than plane accidents...

As a pilot friend once told me, if it's not Boeing, I'm not going.

This is the only flying I do now.  This type of flying is fine for the young bucks with plenty of dough (or sponsored), but for me it's slow and steady.

By the way, that's an electric heli with a rotor span of 1200mm and a length of 1200mm (4 feet) and costing well over $1000 bucks, so it is NO toy.

It's identical to mine. The batteries can cost up to 3 - $400 each and you get about 6 minutes flying time.

Usually nobody gets hurt when these turn into a lawn dart, but can be an expensive pilot error. :'(

Speaking of batteries. My batteries are rated like this:  4900Ma with a 25c rating. That is to say, this battery is capable of delivering around 120 Amps (4.9A x 25c) at 22.2volts in a short burst. It's dimension are 160 long x 40 deep x 50 wide. That's a lotta power coming from such a small batt. (Mine cost around $50 each)
