I need a new set of tyres for my rodeo, so I started the ring around, but I am struggling to find a set of 225 75 r 15 types with the load rating for some reason they are rated light truck which in my mind is crazy for a 4x2 car. I could go withi the same bridgestones but I have not had very good mileage out of the ones I have on there. Apparently cooper do not make a tyre in that size so I keep on reaching dead ends. Am I being fed a line because I sometimes think the tyre guys are like used car salesman.

I know that Yokohama make an AT for that size, I have the Yoko Geolander on my 100 series and they are good tyre on and off road.

The rodeos are a light truck, the light truck rating on the tyres relates to the constuction which are a heavier ply. Have a look on the net, you will find that most tyre company's make that size

Check out some Terra Tracs.
I have 9.5R15's on my Rodeo 4x4 which are wearing well so far.
This catalogue notes they come in 215R15 and 235/75/15.
Good Budget Tyre.
