a hammer next to the WD40 and set of cable ties next to the duct tape would make it complete!

If a hammer doesn't fix it, then it must be electrical...
A hammer can also be used as a type of divining rod. Used to locate expensive/hard to find parts, usally located next the object your trying to hit.

What you have in front of you is obviously spam. If this was truly an engineering flowchart there would be a box in the middle with the following statement - ' and a miracle occurs'. Without this box there is no engineering integrity!
