Title: We love the Queen in Qld - Another Public Holiday

Just been announced that Qld will get an extra Queens Birthday holiday this year, one in June & another in Oct.
Must be because we keep winning the SOO :cup: :cup: :cup:
Seriously it's because Anna has moved the holiday to Oct from this year and it is a once of for us to get used to the idea.
Gigity, another long weekend. Gotta be happy with that!!

So does that mean that we are having October again being that it's now November (Oct, Nov, Oct, Dec) OR has Anna been drinking too much RiverWater?  

Maybe I should just be happy we get another day off and not question a pollie?   ;D  Does this mean I missed it?  ???

Good on Anna, she already stuffed the state, so doesn't matter what she does now however spreading the holidays can be ok for some but not the rest of us who work public holidays and don't get overtime for it. But that's my problem for my line of work.
