There is a building product that is called foilboard. It is an insulation product that comes in various thickness with the thickest being 25mm. It has a foil on the sides (at least one side but I think both.)
It comes in sheets 1200x2400mm sheets.
I hope this helps

Either that or if you contact a building supply company that sells the polystyrene cladding used on houses, quite often the packing sheets are around 25mm thick and are just thrown away, you might get what you need for free... I have thrown away a lot of that in the past. This is a list of distributors for the brand I have used a bit of http://www.quickwall.com.au/distributors.php

Hi
You could try a cool room manufacturer, they normally have 50mm. 75mm and 150mm poly. You may even score some off cuts for free, if you are lucky.

Hi Tony,
Clark rubber have a selection of thickness of Polystyrene, I lined my Cub Escape fridge box with polystyrene and covered it with white gaffer tape to help protect and strengthen the surface of the polystyrene (put the tape in before gluing the sheets in place), I am very pleased with how it worked, see link below for pictures of my fridge box on my Cub Escape.

Another option is to fill the void with expanding foam.

If you go the part a & b foam, do multiple pours as one will push the internal form out of shape.
