That's a rarity.  Usually private sector is less pay, less conditions, less super....

'Tis true - but Public sector offers so much more protection - you can say or do what you like as a representative of the people and will never be held accountable. A Juliar or a Gob Brown must never be heard to speak the truth in public. ;D
