Title: G'Day from Adelaide
Post by: kingwoos on July 23, 2011, 04:42:10 PM
Hi All,

Found this site when I was looking for inspiration for my Jayco Dove. Great site and finally worked out how to add a signature so I thought I'd better introduce my self.

We bought a 1978 Jayco Dove couple of years ago and love it. Have 2 young boys so we mainly go to caravan parks but want to set it up so its more self sufficient.

Cheers

Kingy

Welcome to the nut house Kingy ;D

Looks like a good setup.  Can I ask where abouts the pic was taken, it all looks familiar, including your set-up.

Gday Kingy and welcome to the forum mate

Love the cabana set up idea instead of an awning mate  ;D Been thinking of doing the same thing for quick stops instead of setting up the annexe

cheers BD

Cheers for the welcome!

We decided the gazabo option was better as our awning isn't that good and it used to flap like crazy in any wind.  After seeing the gazabos handle strong winds we decided that looked like the way to go and its quick to setup and take down.

Cracka, that photo was taken at the Kingston on Murray caravan park in march this year.
