Hello all... I didnt get a stone guard with my CT (Lifestyle Explorer), and we are on our first trip and I have decided that I probably need one...
Who do you think makes the best one.. i reckon i can affix most that I have seen (i reckon)... its a pretty long drawbar... who makes the best? I like the look of Complete Campsite ones...
Thoughts?

Stone Stomper.
Intelligent design, very effective, low weight advantage, and extremely well made (custom made specifically for your camper too).

I think the LS one looks the goods on my Explorer +... dont they inc it anymore?? ???

I,m with Lost go for the explorer one then get a stone stomper as well won,t get better than that

I have a stone stomper, but that's because the OEM guard is rubbish. I'd try Lifestyle for a price first, but you wouldn't go wrong with a Stone Stomper.

Tambo make a good stone guard.

I agree with the stone stomper. My adventure campers got a similar style I think they are pretty good as far as transmission and diff cooling go. They do tend to get holes in and the elastic fray over time. I have just replaced mine. The camper is nine years old.

I'd go to an engineering place, tell them what you want, and get them to weld it up, then get some shadecloth to use as the 'fill' would be cheapest.

I've got one of these

I'm also in the market.
Another option is Rock Tamers, saw them in TJM last week. Easy to remove, and may allow you to carry more on the drawbar eg. bicycles.

My mate isn't too impressed with Rock Tamers - he had them on and this happened while on the Oodnadatta Track:
