G'day All,
Whereabouts does everyone store tha annex walls for their Jaycos.
I've got the annexe walls plus a shade cloth type of wall as well, quite bulky.
Was thinking maybe a box underneath.
I'm sure I've seen a Jayco build on here somewhere with a box made of aluminum mounted underneath rear of the camper?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

thinking of this today actually. Got my Swan on Friday and have spent the weekend sorting out all the spots. I have a bit of space in the side door that stores under the seats. Am hoping it can squeeze in there.
I do remember seeing the post of the underneath storage tub as well. looked great.
Let us all know if you come up with something.

Congratulations on your new rig.
I'm sure you'll love it.
I'll keep searching for the thread with the underfloor box on it.

I have also picked up a new swan a couple of weeks ago, and have stored the annexe walls through the side door under the seat. It fits ok, although it would be good to move my battery hard up against far side to make better use of the space.
Sorry to hijack the thread, but we also have a weber q, and I am wondering where people store theirs? I cuurently have it stored in the front boot, but am looking for other options.

We've only been away once in our Hawk and the weber Q.
I put a bit of none slip mat just inside the door and the weber was the last thing that went inside the camper before closing the door. Stayed put ... No worries.
When I go more off road I'll store it in the back of the dual cab.

Using the non slip mat, I store the Q under the dining table. Also looking at moving the battery if possible to give more space inside the hatch.

I've got twin batteries, space saving was not in the picture when they put the batteries in.
The storage area would be a bit different on the hawk, but you can fit 1 battery under the cover where the setec unit is. That lid comes of easily. I just trimmed the handles off of the battery box and she fits no worries. Hope this makes sense.

The awning does fit in the side pocket under the seat
as for the battery that was the first thing I moved
Moved it behind the Setec battery charger and then put a second battery in the spot were the original battery was but a little further over and installed extra fuses
congrates on all the new swans

Thanks for the tip, I will have a look shortly.. We also have the hws, and all that stuff tends to eat into the useable cupboard space... Haven't quite worked out where to put everything yet, but thats part of the fun...

I know its a bit boring , but i keep my annex walls under the table inside my swanny, my reason is, its nice and handy. It doesnt get in the way on the rear times we eat inside either.
