Early tomorrow morn the moon will pass behind the behind the Earth . With all the vocanic dust around it should provide us with a huge red moon at about 6.15am EST over Melb , weather permitting . So everybody go out & take & post a pic so we can all see . We might not be here to see the next one so make this count ;D

Hell yeah after we had the twins and wa told it would be a 98% chance of multiples again if we had more.. Just imagine 3 lots of twins in three years that would be the death of me
Speewa you just need to mod the sun tracker to a moon tracker and mount the camera mate
-
The moon has almost disapeared into the dark over the tast 30 mins , GEY up you bludgers & have a look
-
Hole in the clouds and the eclipsed moon was visible but while buggerising around setting up the camera the clouds closed over. :-[
-
Thats it its gone , hidden behind the Earth
-
Stuff this for a joke its cold & reaslly really dark out here , can somebody chuck another 2 bob in the moon & get it going again . Watching that was amazing alas the trees are blocking the last of the action . 8)
-
I got a bit of a look,,, was good,,nice dirty looking red colour,, but the clouds came back again, so i rolled over and went back to sleep.....

BHG thanks for your indepth report & all the troble you went to to share itb with us Night Night
-
not a bad veiw from Adelaide, listening to the ABC it was easily seen from all over the country, at least where there was no cloud cover......
-
Well I was up, had a look, and went back inside, to cold outside, as there was frost everywhere on the ground. Still cold now.
-
It was still quite high in the sky here at 06.15. It wasn't real bright, a bit dark and I wondered if we had a bit of fog but I don't think so, it was just dark. It was a little bit surreal and I imagined that if you didn't know what was going on, you'd have thought that the moon was at its end perhaps!
I didn't think it was bright enough to take any photos and so left the camera in its bag...
