Title: privacy blinds around bunks in 16-49-2 jayco
Post by: Nesspop on June 05, 2011, 10:45:36 PM
Hi All :)

can i ask if anyone has installed priacy blinds around the bunks in a Jayco 16-49-2?

We are getting our new expanda on the long weekend & are wondering how we are going to install blinds to the bunks. jayco have said the do put blinds in this model  ??? , strange considering the bunks are right there in the middle of the kitchen..

might need to make our own, just not sure we are going to install them without putting holes in the roof

Looking forward to hearing your ideas,
thanks Nesspop :)

Hi Nesspop,

we utilised the white flexy curtain cord witht e screw in hook and eyes along with a cutain to screen off our CUB camper.

Hooked off the upright bow tightening points. Works a treat.

cheers, Chris

Jayco Hawk ,we just installed blinds on every window including the beds and got rid of the 1920s curtains and the pelmet covers got changed also ,you just need to put 1.5 cm spacers in the centre if your going all round  as the roof isnt flat but it came up a treet and the misso luvs them..
