Title: A good customer service experience.
Post by: morgue on May 20, 2011, 05:08:43 PM
In making a short story long.
I ordered over the www some 12v parts from Bright Light Autp Partswww.brightlightautoparts.com (http://www.brightlightautoparts.com)
Anyway, about 2 days after my order, I recieved a phone call from  a sales person, saying my order had been mixed up and sent to the wrong person, but a new order will be dispatched and you will get the parcel, priority post, before 20/5/11.
At 1600hrs, knock on door, post man with my parcel, with the goods I had ordered.
It takes some nouce to ring a customer and admit you stuffed up, they could have let it ly and I would have recieved the goods weeks later, but they did a good job...
I'll be using them for some more 12v accessories.

I bought all our LED lights for our camper from them.  I have taken two back that had water in them and they changed them without any problem.  Would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered some springs for the Triton the other day, they turned up with the parcel dude no later than 36 hours after I hit the paypal button.  Not bad for an item with no postage to be paid.  Here's the fun bit.  That afternoon, I get an email from the supplier telling me they don't have the exact part I need until June, do I want a refund or something else? Nice of the  man to offer so I did the right thing and told him of the mix up in his office and I was OK with the service.
