Hi all
have been a member for a bit, but have been just absorbing the information from the forum to help my decision on a camper. I have decided at this stage on a CUB Kamperoo weekender to tow behind my Forester. I will probably order it some time mid year after i finish a bit of touring i have planned.
cheers

Welcome Tony,
I'm sure you like the cub, be mindful that we had a 5 month wait on our when we ordered it (if you are looking at new)
Cheers

Hi Tony & welcome to the forum, you will be happy with your Cub, just remember there will be a wait after you place the order.

Welcome to myswag Tony, feel free to drop in at the Melbourne swaggers meet.
-
Thanks for the welcome guys :)
I am going to Tassie in March for 4 weeks and when we get back were going to shoot out to Cambellfield for a good look.
Thanks for the heads up from fabulous and hutchie62, i figured there might be a wait of around 6months or so, would give me the chance to get through another winter in a tent and look forward to spring or summer in the camper. Shooting out to Camerons Corner etc next year.
Hi D4D thanks for the welcome :) any idea when the next meet is on? i wouldnt mind checking out some setups
cheers

Thanks mate i checked it out after someone else gave me a link earlier.
Only prob is its the week before i go touring Tassie for a month
so mores the pity i have to let it ride and save it all for Tassie.
For accomodation i can sleep anywhere ;D actually i have been out looking at some CT's this morning. Outback Campers in Carrum Downs and the Jayco flite at the Frankston Jayco dealer. Still leaning toward the CUB Kamperoo weekender. Its hard giving up the hard ground for pure luxury ;)
At the Jayco place they had a 2010 Liberty Hardfloor camper but were asking about what you would pay new and also for me there's too much weight on the drawbar.

Are you having a peep at the preloved CTs gives you more bang for you buck . Somebody else has done the mods for you

Yes mate new, used, abused, no stone will be left unturned, but i dont mind modding since where i work among other things they build car carrier trailers, singles up to semis. I work for a car carrying company, anything from 2 to 8 cars local and B doubles interstate.
