Below is the lyrics to Aussie Jingle Bells, pretty much sums up the Aussie Bush Christmas. I once heard this preformed by the Sunny Cow Girls.

My daughter will be singing 'Six White Boomers' tomorrow night in her school christmas concert. We have been reading the 'Six White Boomers' book every night. Grandma got the book for my eldest son's first christmas, complete with the CD, years ago. I dont know how many times I have read this book to all the kids as they have grown up but it has to be the christmas song I enjoy the most because its the one all the kids seem to sing and like. And its australian and Rolf sings it so its got to be good. ;D

On the third day ... 3 Jabiruss
On the fourth day ... 4 kookaburras
On the fifth day ... 5 kan-gar-oos
On the sixth day ... 6 platypuses
On the seventh day ... 7 koalas climbing
On the eighth day ... 8 possums playing
On the ninth day ... 9 wombats working
On the tenth day ... 10 parrots prattling
On the eleventh day ... 11 lizards leaping
On the twelth day ... (we forget ... but you get the idea)!
